We started Softeire because we kept seeing the same pattern: Irish SMEs spending hours every week on repetitive tasks that AI could handle in minutes, but with no clear path to get there. Enterprise AI consultancies were too expensive and too generic. Off-the-shelf tools needed someone to configure them properly.

We bridge that gap. We work directly with business owners and their teams understanding how the business actually operates, identifying where AI can save the most time, and building systems that integrate into existing workflows without disruption.

We're Ireland-based, Ireland-focused. We understand Irish business culture, the SME constraints that come with it, and what realistic AI adoption looks like for a team of 10 or 50 people.

We work with Irish SMEs with 5 to 200 employees across retail, hospitality, professional services, manufacturing, construction, and more. Our clients are typically business owners or operations managers who know AI is important but aren't sure where to start or who have started with one tool and want to build something more joined-up.
